This page lists the cookies this site actually sets. It is short because, at launch, we only use cookies that are needed to run the site and remember a preference you chose.

Cookies we use

Session cookie (essential). Keeps you signed in securely. It is http-only (not readable by page scripts), signed, and expires after a set period or when you sign out. Password resets invalidate older sessions.
Language preference cookie. Remembers whether you chose the English or Urdu interface, so the site opens in your language next time.

We do not set advertising cookies, and we do not use third-party tracking cookies at launch. If that ever changes, this page will be updated first and, where consent is required, we will ask for it.

Controlling cookies

Your browser lets you view, block and delete cookies. Blocking the session cookie will sign you out and prevent sign-in from working; blocking the language cookie simply means the site defaults to English until you choose again.
